Grandma Grace Cox Tells All
Picture this: Abigail Grace Cox sits in a well worn rocker on her front porch. A pitcher of sweet tea rests on an overturned crate. She offers sweet tea to anyone who stops by. Children sit at her feet, eyes fixed on Grandma Grace. Their older siblings and parents nearby. Some swing in the rickety swing, hung by rusty chains to the sturdy roof. Chain creeks and crickets provide rhythm.
" Ooo Ahh, what happened next?" asks a young girl with pigtails and bare feet taken into Grandma's story.
Grandma Grace chuckles. Her large belly rolls across her strong farmer's frame.
"What do you think happens next?" or "What do you want to happen next?" she responds
